CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. NLP Sessions & One‑on‑One Services
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no‑shows are non‑refundable.

Refunds are not issued once a session has begun or been completed.

2. Digital Products
All digital products are final sale and non‑refundable.

3. Handmade Products
Returns may be accepted if:

MANDATORY CLIENT AGREEMENT & CONSENT FORM (NLP SESSIONS)
Clients must sign a Client Agreement & Consent Form prior to any NLP session.

MANDATORY LIABILITY WAIVER (ONE‑ON‑ONE SESSIONS)
Clients must sign a Liability Waiver before participating in one‑on‑one sessions.
This waiver protects The Awakened Path 555 from claims related to:

Emotional outcomes

Personal decisions

Misinterpretation of guidance

Any perceived or actual harm resulting from participation

No session will be conducted without a signed waiver.
