By booking a session, purchasing a product, or accessing any digital material, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:
HANDMADE PRODUCTS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:
Our essential oils, herbal blends, ritual kits, candles, and all metaphysical or holistic products are hand-sourced, handcrafted, and created by us with intention, care, and high-quality ingredients.
All products are for external, spiritual, or ritual use ONLY, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We do NOT claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions.
Customers are solely responsible for determining whether any product is appropriate for their personal use, sensitivities, allergies, or health conditions.
By purchasing or using any product, you agree that you assume full responsibility for your choice and any outcome related to use.
THE AWAKENED PATH 555 FAMILY IS NOT LIABLE FOR: Reactions, misuse, or unintended effects of any product.
SESSIONS, READINGS, & HEALING SERVICES
All sessions-including tarot, oracle, energy healing, NLP/hypnosis, spiritual development, herbal consultation, and all other services-are NON-REFUNDABLE.
These services are for guidance, empowerment, and educational purposes only. They do NOT replace medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You agree that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations following any session.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
To respect our practitioners' time and energy, as well as being considerate of others who are booking sessions:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling must also be requested at least 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule within the allotted window, you will be moved to the next available time slot.
NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR TRANSFERS will be issued for cancellations or rescheduling requests made AFTER the 24-hour deadline. Missed sessions {NO-SHOWS} are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be rescheduled.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS
All digital items-including: E-books, courses, guides, worksheets, and downloadable content-are FINAL SALE! NO EXCEPTIONS!
NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS will be issued for digital products, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access and therefore waive any right to cancellation or refund.
NO GUARANTEES OR PROMISES
Spiritual, intuitive, and holistic services are inherently personal and subjective. While we offer our expertise with integrity and intention:
We do NOT guarantee specific outcomes, results, or predictions. You understand that all guidance is interpretive and that your personal choices shape your path.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By engaging with THE AWAKENED PATH 555 FAMILY, you agree that:
We are NOT liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services, products, or digital materials.
You release all practitioners from any claims arising from your participation, use, or interpretation of any offering & services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, digital materials, course content, branding, graphics, and written works are the intellectual property of THE AWAKENED PATH 555 FAMILY and may NOT be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission from Robin Branham.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By booking a session, purchasing a product, or accessing any digital content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these TERMS & CONDITIONS previously written.
